Smoked Sausages from Zirmerhof Highland Cattle

The name comes from the smoking process in the chimney. The sausages are made half from pork and half from Highland cattle, which graze on our pastures and enjoy the most natural living conditions. Just like the bacon, these sausages are also home-smoked and air-dried. The package contains 2 smoked sausages with a total weight of approximately 150 g, vacuum-packed.
