Honey from the Zirmerwald

Honey should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place—ideally at temperatures between 10–18°C . Direct sunlight and heat can cause the flavor, color, and ingredients to change. A tightly sealed jar in a kitchen cupboard or pantry is best.

Important: Honey attracts moisture. Therefore, the lid should always be tightly closed to prevent fermentation.

Tip: Honey does n't need to be refrigerated – it will solidify there and be difficult to spread.
