Air, wide views, genuine products – that’s who we are!
The mountain tastes delicious. Fresh air, wide views, genuine products. We admit to being a bit old-fashioned when it comes to standards and quality control.
Here, we don’t always have everything. Nature has its own rules, which we respect. This has been the case for generations and will remain so: unadulterated, authentic, healthy, from our own farm, following the recipes from the original Zirmer cookbook, "South Tyrolean Delicacies." We know that our customers have high standards. And so it goes: where Zirmerhof is written, quality is guaranteed. Take advantage of it!
Zirmerhof in Radein has ancient roots: our farm is at least 500 years old. Today, happy cattle graze in the fields. Juicy grass and crystal-clear air produce delicious meat.
Sausage-making in the Zirmerstube: times change, but our products taste as flavorful and hearty as they used to. Not just the sausages.
We are committed to tradition, for here, at 1,500 meters above sea level, farmers have always been largely self-sufficient—with butter and milk, bread and meat, potatoes and cheese.

Zirmerhof focuses on quality and emphasizes specialties from its own farm. Eating, drinking, living, enjoying... In short: the lifestyle of Radein also goes through the stomach.
